Job summary

Vision Ease Asia is seeking a motivated Molding Maintenance Staff to support the repair and preventive maintenance of molding production machines and supporting facilities. You will troubleshoot injection machines and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, maintain records, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement.

Role requires a minimum of a related degree and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Good teamwork, communication, discipline, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on production machines and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts in the molding area.
• Support compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB.
• Complete maintenance reports, machine history records, and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Support continuous improvement, 5R implementation, and workplace safety.
