Job summary

Formulatrix Indonesia is seeking a driven Injection Molding Engineer to optimize and standardize mold processes from development to certification. You will collaborate with the Injection Mold Engineering team to review designs, refine molds, and manage mold handovers to Production.

The role requires hands-on analysis of process data, risk assessments, and the design of improved systems to ensure high quality output. Strong teamwork and independent project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and standardize product requirements and injection molding processes from the initial stage through to completion and certification.
• Collaborate with the Injection Mold Engineering team to review designs and refine molds, manage the mold handover process (from the Engineering division to Production), and take responsibility for mold-related issues.
• Conduct process and risk assessments, as well as interpret and analyze data.
• Design, implement, test, and continuously improve systems and processes to ensure the best quality output.
