Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a Maintenance Expert to lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage teams of technicians and staff to ensure reliable equipment performance.

You will own the technology, centerline settings, PM systems and KPIs for lines, while partnering with Asset and Reliability teams to drive cost reductions and process stability.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM (Autonomous Maintenance) Step 4 and PM (Progressive Maintenance) Step 3/4.
• Ability to lead line teams and coaches in PDCA-based improvement.
• Experience in TPM phases and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner & enable line leaders to meet SQCDSM targets and participate in Daily Management meetings.
• Own technology, process, centerline settings, PM systems, and R&M budget for the lines; manage KPIs.
• Develop and execute line preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build technician skills to operate and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability teams for improvements; drive break-down analysis and cost reductions; represent site tech in forums.
