Job summary

PT Jayamas Medica Industri is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of production machinery and utilities in a medical device environment.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams, and uphold ISO 13485 and GMP standards while working with a growth-minded team.

This role requires a D3 in relevant field and at least 1 year of maintenance experience or fresh graduate with relevant competencies.

Qualifications

• D3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience or fresh graduate with relevant competencies.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and safe working practices.
• Ability to read wiring, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of production machinery and utility conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule and corrective maintenance when machinery is damaged.
• Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions and replace damaged machine components.
• Maintain the function of safety devices on all machinery.
• Assist with machinery improvement or modification work.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery, panels, tools, and work areas.
• Perform maintenance work in accordance with medical device quality system standards, including ISO 13485 and GMP compliance.
