Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa, a leading IT solutions provider in Indonesia, is seeking a Modern Workplace Support Engineer to assist end users with laptops, hardware, software, and applications. You will troubleshoot, configure, re-image, and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.

Basic networking (LAN, WiFi, VPN) support and thorough documentation are required. This is an onsite role in Jakarta Pusat.

Provide technical support to end users regarding laptop/PC devices, hardware, software, and applications. Perform troubleshooting, installation, configuration, re-imaging, and deployment of Windows OS-based devices using Microsoft Intune & 365. Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, VPN) and ensure devices and systems function optimally. Document work through ticketing system and provide support and education to end users as needed.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users for laptop/PC devices, hardware, software, and applications

Perform troubleshooting, installation, configuration, re-imaging, and deployment of Windows OS-based devices using Microsoft Intune

Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, VPN)

Ensure devices and systems function optimally

Document work through ticketing system

Provide support and education to end users as needed

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field

Minimum 1-2 year experience as IT Support, Helpdesk Support, or Desktop Support

Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting for laptop/PC, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365

Experience or capability using Microsoft Intune and understanding of basic networking (IP, LAN, WiFi, VPN)

Familiar with ticketing system

Willing to work onsite in Jakarta Pusat
