Job summary
PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa, a leading IT solutions provider in Indonesia, is seeking a Modern Workplace Support Engineer to assist end users with laptops, hardware, software, and applications. You will troubleshoot, configure, re-image, and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.
Basic networking (LAN, WiFi, VPN) support and thorough documentation are required. This is an onsite role in Jakarta Pusat.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
