Job summary

Quadra Surface in Jakarta is seeking a Data Analyst to monitor, validate, and maintain the accuracy of sales and inventory data, and to review reports and performance data.

You will conduct in-depth sales analysis by customer, product, sales channel, and promotional programs to identify trends and business opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proven experience in preparing and presenting business reports and data analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with additional data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work proactively.
• Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta office.

• Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and data-driven solutions to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure the accuracy of sales transactions and customer accounts receivable.
• Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports for the Commercial department.
• Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as required.
