PT FCL INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to develop Modern Trade relationships with supermarkets, minimarkets, pharmacies and specialty stores in Jakarta. You will drive sales targets and execute account plans across channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Key Account Management in Modern Trade preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong business communication.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in FMCG or beauty industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade key accounts (supermarkets, minimarkets, pharmacies, specialty stores).
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives for assigned accounts.
• Execute account plans, product listings, trade promotions, and in-store activities.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock availability, distribution, and account performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and trading agreements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper execution of displays, visibility, and merchandising in stores.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analysis.
