Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within FMCG.
• Experience handling Local Modern Trade channels with strong retail landscape knowledge.
• Established network of retail outlets, key accounts, and distributors in Jakarta, West Java, or South Sumatra.

• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, independent retailers, distributors, and business partners.
• Identify potential business opportunities, expand product distribution and market penetration.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management, sales initiatives, and business development activities.
• Monitor product availability, distribution coverage, and in-store execution to ensure optimal market presence.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
