Job summary

Center For Indonesias Strategic Development Initiatives Cisdi is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead for the Primary Healthcare Impact Lab (PHIL). The role coordinates MEL implementation, translates frameworks into workplans, and supervises MEL staff while collaborating with internal teams and international partners.

Strong data skills and field readiness assessment are essential. Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, with field travel to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, social sciences, development studies or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least five years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, research or programme learning, including coordinating technical work and supervising staff.
• Experience in health programmes and handling routine service data is preferred.
• Proficiency in Theory of Change, results frameworks, indicator design and data quality assurance.
• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day MEL implementation and communication across CISDI divisions and with external partners.
• Translate MEL framework into practical workplans, measurement tools, quality checks and reporting.
• Directly supervise the assigned MEL Officer(s).
• Collaborate with PHIL Program, Research, Clinical and Community Engagement teams and partners.
• Contribute to evidence-based refinement of hypertension Model of Care, readiness assessment and learning.
