Job summary

PT Dharma Henwa Tbk is seeking a senior leader to drive business development, tendering, and planning for mining construction projects. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and cost control while coordinating with clients, owners, and contractors.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, BoQ, cost estimates, baseline schedules, and performance reporting to management. Candidates should have 10+ years in construction with 3-5 years in leadership roles in BD, tender, planning or cost

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in the construction industry with at least 3-5 years in managerial roles in BD, Tender, Project Planning or Cost Control.
Experience in civil construction projects, especially in mining, is highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of tender estimation, BoQ, unit price analysis, project budgeting and cost control.
Proficient in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Lead business development, tender, project planning and cost control activities for mining construction projects.
Budgeting, scheduling, cost monitoring and stakeholder management for projects.
Prepare cost estimates, BoQ and tender documents; lead proposal development.
Monitor actual costs against budget and present project performance reports to management.
