Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in mill/plant management or senior operations leadership.
• Strong track record in cost reduction, productivity, and equipment optimization.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Willing to be hands-on in day-to-day mill operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mill operations to achieve production, quality, efficiency, and safety targets.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Maximize machine efficiency, OEE and equipment utilization.
• Ensure high equipment reliability through effective maintenance and improvement programs.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Lead, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary mill team.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
