We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Mill Head to lead the end-to-end operation of a manufacture and drive continuous improvement.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can go beyond maintaining daily operations — driving productivity, maximizing equipment performance and delivering measurable cost reduction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end mill operations to achieve production, quality, efficiency, and safety targets.

Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.

Ensure high equipment reliability through effective maintenance and improvement programs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
