Job summary

PT. CENTRA HENGYE INDONESIA is seeking an experienced factory operations manager to oversee production, quality, procurement, maintenance and safety.

You will ensure targets, cost efficiency and on-time delivery while coordinating with all departments and ensuring SOP compliance. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electronics, CS, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields, with at least 3 years in manufacturing management, strong leadership, and good English.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a reputable university in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing plant or production workshop.
• Strong capabilities in plant operations management, overall coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Jawa Tengah.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities, quality, procurement, maintenance and workplace safety.
• Ensure the production targets, cost efficiency, product quality, and delivery achieved.
• Coordinate with all departments and ensure the compliance of SOP and applicable regulations.
• Report and update all factory activities to the management/shareholders.
