• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, and external partners.
• Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices, tailored for a remote-first setting.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables and adherence to technical standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in technical project management, with a strong focus on software development projects.
• Proven experience managing agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.
• Exceptional understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and relevant technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with distributed teams.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
