Begin as a Learning and Leadership Development Specialist, driving improvements in learning initiatives and using data to enhance leadership design. The program includes rotations through HR roles and regional assignments, with mentoring and structured development across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with up to 3 years HR/related experience.
• Interest in people development, leadership, learning, and growth.
• Business English proficiency (Upper intermediate/B2+), other languages a plus.
• Collaborative problem-solver; thrives in diverse environments.
• Willing to relocate across APAC; fully mobile.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree holder with up to 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in people development, leadership, learning, and organizational growth.
• Proficiency in Business English (Upper intermediate or B2+); additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in diverse environments.
