Michelin APAC seeks entry-level finance professionals for its Graduate Program, based in Bangkok. The role offers multi-discipline exposure across accounting, audit, and finance transformation, with structured development, mentoring, and regional mobility.

Strong business English and collaborative problem-solving are essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and up to 3 years of experience. Onboarding starts Feb 2027 as part of a dynamic, purpose-driven global brand.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree holder with up to 3 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Business English (Upper intermediate or B2+), with additional languages a plus.
• Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in diverse environments.
• Ambition to contribute to Michelin in Motion 2030 strategy from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Gain foundations to become a leader in finance track with development opportunities.
• Start as finance development associate with opportunities to rotate to Business Controller, Finance Progress Leader, Transformation, Regional roles.
• Engage in accounting, audit, finance transformation, credit management and project management initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For
