Michelin's APAC Graduate Program in Finance invites you to develop broad finance expertise and leadership skills within a dynamic global brand. You will build a solid finance foundation and gain hands-on experience across multiple finance disciplines in the APAC region.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with up to 3 years in finance fields, strong English, and a willingness to relocate for regional exposure within a collaborative, global culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder with up to 3 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Accounting, Audit, Finance Transformation, Credit Management, and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Business English (Upper intermediate or B2+); additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in diverse environments.
• Impact-driven with ambition to contribute to Michelin in Motion 2030 strategy from day one.
• Fully mobile and open to new experiences across the APAC region.
