Job summary

Michelin APAC invites applications for its Graduate Program in People & Talent Strategy based in Bangkok. The role begins as a Learning and Leadership Development specialist with potential to rotate into Recruiter, HR Generalist, Transformation, HR Progress, HRBP and regional roles across APAC.

You will help drive continuous improvement of learning initiatives with data-informed design and contribute to Michelin in Motion 2030 through people development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/education/OD or related fields.
• Interest in people development, leadership and organizational learning.
• Business English proficiency (Upper intermediate or B2+).
• Willingness to be mobile across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Start as Learning & Leadership Development specialist with opportunities to explore Recruiter, HR Generalist, Transformation, HRBP and regional roles.
• Contribute to learning initiatives using feedback and data to improve design and delivery.
• Collaborate with teams across markets, cultures, and stakeholders to support leadership development.
