Job summary

PT. U & I Holidays, a Bali-based Destination Management Company, is seeking an experienced MICE and events professional to lead client projects and supervise a small team. You will oversee coordination with hotels, vendors, guides, and transport providers to ensure flawless experiences for travel trade partners and end customers.

Excellent English, strong Bali tourism knowledge, and hands-on leadership are essential. Local market familiarity is a plus for delivering top-tier services in Bali.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in MICE, event management, or travel industry.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Bali hotels, vendors, and transportation is a plus.

Job description

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), event management, or the travel industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel reservations, vendor management, tour guides, and transportation arrangements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Bali tourism and local suppliers is an advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
