Job summary

giftee adalah penyedia hadiah digital berbasis Jepang yang bekerja untuk memperluas ekosistem e-gift dan voucher digital di Indonesia. Sebagai Merchant Partnerships, Anda akan mengidentifikasi, menghubungi, dan mengakuisisi merchant dari berbagai industri untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan keterlibatan merek melalui solusi giftee.

Anda akan memelihara hubungan dengan mitra guna memastikan integrasi produk ke platform kami, memantau kinerja, serta berkolaborasi dalam kampanye dan program loyalitas.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana atau magister di bidang Marketing, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
• 1–3 tahun pengalaman di Business Development, Kemitraan, Merchant Acquisition, atau Penjualan (lebih disukai dari sektor F&B, ritel, startup, fintech, program loyalti, atau e-commerce).
• Pemahaman proses penjualan B2B dan hubungan kemitraan.
• Kemampuan komunikator berorientasi target, mandiri dalam pemecahan masalah, bekerja dalam tim yang dinamis.
• Pengalaman dengan produk digital seperti e-voucher, platform rewards, gift card, pembayaran, atau solusi CRM/ Loyalti.
• Kemampuan bahasa Inggris baik (dan Bahasa Indonesia); kemampuan bahasa Jepang menjadi keuntungan.

Responsibilities

• Mengidentifikasi dan mengakuisisi mitra potensial dengan menganalisis merchant yang sesuai untuk layanan giftee.
• Menyampaikan proposal kemitraan, kontrak, dan menonjolkan nilai tambah solusi giftee (sistem eGift, solusi reward, voucher digital).
• Mengkoordinasikan dan memasukkan integrasi produk merchant ke dalam platform gifting (API, katalog e-gift, pengaturan kampanye).
• Memantau kinerja merchant (penjualan e-gift, redemption, engagement).
• Memantau persediaan harian, melakukan tinjauan stok, dan meminta pembelian untuk ketersediaan voucher atau deposit merchant.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Merchant Partnerships at giftee, play an important role in expanding the e-gift and digital gifting ecosystem by identifying, contacting, and acquiring new merchants from various industries (F&B, retail, lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality, etc.). You will work with potential partners to maintain relations to offer e-gift, digital rewards, and digital voucher solutions to increase their sales, brand engagement, and customer experience.

• Identify to acquire by analyzing potential merchants that are suitable for giftee’s e-gift services.
• Deliver partnership proposals, contract and present the added value of giftee solutions (eGift System, reward solutions, digital vouchers, etc.).
• Coordinate and input merchant product integration into the gifting platform or dashboard (API, e-gift catalog, campaign setup, etc.).
• Monitoring merchant performance (e-gift sales, redemption, engagement).
• Monitoring stock daily, conducting stock overview, requesting purchases for voucher availability or merchant deposits.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Merchant Acquisition, or Sales (preferably from the F&B, retail, start-up, fintech, loyalty program, or e-commerce industries).
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and partnership relationships.
• A self-motivated, target-oriented communicator skilled in voucher acquisition and management, independent problem-solving, and dynamic teamwork.
• Experience with digital products such as e-vouchers, reward platforms, gift cards, payment, or CRM/Loyalty solutions.
• Excellent command of English is a must and Bahasa; Japanese language is an advantage.
