Job summary

PayJoy Indonesia seeks a Merchant Operations Representative to onboard partners, manage documentation, and improve processes. You will monitor onboarding metrics, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a high-quality partner experience.

The role requires strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia, basic English, and on-site work in the SCBD area. You will own onboarding workflows, support processes, and reporting tasks, while aligning with PayJoy’s global standards and optimizing resources

Qualifications

Strong operations handling mentality, experience with manual and automated tasks.
Low tolerance for errors, with robust SLAs in place.
Native Bahasa Indonesia communication skills; basic English.
Willingness to work on-site in SCBD area, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Handle partner onboarding, documentation, data entry, and records.
Own merchant support metrics like onboarding turnaround time and completeness.
Oversee store-related tasks including clerk management and store operations.
Collaborate with Merchant Ops, Commercial, and cross-country teams for standardization.
Provide weekly reports and actionable recommendations to managers.
Reconcile data on payments/disbursements with Finance.
