You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and campaign teams to execute growth initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure policy compliance, while providing data-driven recommendations for pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
• Target-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or interest in E-wallet platforms, food delivery, and e-commerce business.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with SMB merchants on the ShopeeFood platform.
• Drive merchant growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales and platform engagement.
• Analyze merchant performance metrics to provide actionable business insights.
• Recommend promotional activities and campaigns to enhance visibility and sales.
• Act as a trusted advisor with data-driven pricing, menu optimization, and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and campaign teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, standards, and service quality.
• Identify new business opportunities within the merchant portfolio.
