Job summary

PT Transforce Digital Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our merchant network and drive growth in GTV and MDR. You will manage strategic relationships, close deals, and coordinate with IT for seamless onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least 3 years in business development or sales within fintech or banking. A strong network across E-commerce, corporate, and SME segments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1st degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Search, prospect, and close cooperation agreements with new merchants.
• Achieve GTV and revenue targets from the merchant portfolio.
• Develop relationships with existing merchants for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Respond to merchant requests per SLA and maintain retention.
• Coordinate with IT for smooth merchant onboarding and integration.
• Monitor market dynamics and trends in payment methods.
