Job summary

AdTree Digital Indonesia is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to support merchant growth through data-driven insights. You will monitor GMV, transactions, activation, and conversion metrics and prepare clear reports.

You will work with SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze data, perform segmentation, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for the Merchant Growth & Business Team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate welcome.
• Familiar with SQL.
• Able to perform data extraction, joins, aggregation, filtering, and analysis.
• Familiar with Python.
• Able to perform data processing, cleaning, and analysis.
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Able to connect data findings with business context and generate actionable insights.
• Able to prepare PPT/reporting materials from the analysis results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze GMV, transactions, activation, conversion, and MoM performance
• Perform merchant segmentation & performance analysis
• Translate data analysis into actionable insights for the Merchant Growth & Business Team
• Prepare PPT/reporting materials based on the analysis results for stakeholder needs
