Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking an Account Management Manager in Jakarta to grow top-tier merchant partners and act as the primary liaison with internal teams. You will drive growth through promotions, branding, and strategic campaigns backed by data insights.

You will monitor performance metrics, collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support, and oversee daily operations including Jira tickets and data accuracy to ensure smooth vendor processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Account Management or Business Development within fintech/e-commerce/retail is preferred.
• The role focuses on growing merchant partnerships and data-driven growth.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with key merchant partners and negotiate growth strategies.
• Monitor GMV, approval rates, promo performance, and other metrics via dashboards.
• Turn data insights into actionable campaigns and product improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Support to deliver initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations including Jira tickets and data accuracy.
