Job summary

ByteDance seeks a Merchant Financing Solution Manager - Global Payment for Indonesia to support market rollouts and coordinate with local teams. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing SOPs, and assisting campaign execution across markets.

The 12-month assignment, within the Product team, requires strong English communication, excellent organizational skills, and experience in fintech/payments or e-commerce roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in operations, project coordination, fintech, payments, or e-commerce related roles.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools (Excel, Sheets, BI tools is a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams across markets.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Merchant Financing rollout across the markets by assisting the Solutions team in day-to-day operational activities and market launches.
• Coordinate with local market teams (launcher, seller education, category, account manager) to support GTM activities, campaign execution (interest-free promotions, double dates promotion, whitelist expansion).
• Support data tracking and reporting for business performance (penetration rate, disbursement, approval rate) and marketing activities (open rate, CTR, CVR).
• Assist in preparing and maintaining operational documentation (SOPs, campaign briefs).
• Support offline/online events to increase adoption rate of merchant financing products (Cash Advance & Cash Loan), such as presentations and account manager training.
