GoTo Financial is seeking a Business Strategy Lead for the Merchant Wallet Team in Indonesia to drive growth and optimise go-to-market strategies for our merchant product portfolio. You will own high-impact initiatives across merchant payment acceptance, QRIS, and PPOB, translating insights into actionable plans that improve merchant experiences.

The role blends business strategy, product, and data, requiring strong communication, ownership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in business, product management, strategy, or related field, ideally fintech/payments.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute go-to-market strategies for merchant wallet products to drive growth and retention across merchant segments.
• Translate opportunities into problem statements, prioritise initiatives, and oversee product adoption with funnel metrics.
• Monitor product lifecycle and use data insights to refine features and experiences for merchants.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Research, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Legal to deliver cohesive merchant experiences.
• Build deep understanding of merchant landscape, competitors, and regulatory environment in Indonesia.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics.
