Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia (Matcha Talent) is seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end Operations for digital payment and POS deployments across Indonesia. You will lead merchant onboarding, device deployment, and field-service partnerships, reporting to the CEO in a highly autonomous role.

The role requires hands-on leadership, KPI discipline, and experience scaling operations to thousands of merchants with strong vendor collaboration in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant Operations or Field Operations leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience in merchant onboarding operations and offline merchant/device operations is required.
• Experience with merchant acquiring, payment-device operations or offline merchant networks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field and back-office operations for EDC/POS terminals and cloud-based devices.
• Recruit, train, and performance-manage Operations team members.
• Establish KPIs, targets, and accountability standards.
• Build an execution-focused operational culture and oversee device lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Finance, and external partners for nationwide expansion.
