Job summary

ByteDance seeks a proactive Merchant Financing Third Party Associate to support rollout of Merchant Financing solutions across markets as part of the Global Payments team. You will work with Solutions, local markets, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth market launches, strong GTM execution, and robust operational performance.

This role is onsite with a 5-day office arrangement in Jakarta. Collaborate with Solutions, local market teams, and cross-functional partners to drive execution,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
Experience in operations, project coordination, fintech, payments, or e-commerce roles.
Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
Comfortable with data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams across markets.
Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support cross-market GTM activities and market launches.
Coordinate with launcher, seller education, category, and account manager teams.
Assist data tracking and reporting on performance and marketing metrics.
Prepare and maintain SOPs and campaign briefs.
Support events to increase adoption of merchant financing products.
