Job summary

FinAccel Pte Ltd, the team behind Kredivo, seeks a Brand Marketing Executive to develop and execute merchant-focused marketing initiatives. You will work with Business Development, merchants, and vendors to align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth opportunities.

You will translate insights into actionable strategies, pilot programs, and scalable campaigns, while managing budgets and on-ground execution. English and Bahasa fluency is preferred for multi-city engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, brand activation, account management, or event activation roles.
• Strong project management with multiple initiatives from planning to evaluation.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners, merchants, and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different cities and merchant locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute marketing initiatives for merchants based on their business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development and merchant owners to understand business priorities and customer journey.
• Build relationships with merchant stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Translate insights into marketing strategies, activation plans, and programs.
• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs including planning, vendor management, and on-ground execution.
