Job summary

FinAccel Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Management Manager to grow merchant partnerships and serve as the primary contact for top merchants. You will work closely with internal teams to boost sales, run promotions, and optimize business performance.

Responsibilities include relationship building, performance analysis, campaign execution, and cross-team collaboration, plus overseeing daily operations and Jira-ticket resolution to meet SLA and data accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in Account Management, Key Account Sales, or Business Development.
• Data-driven approach with dashboards and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for pitching campaigns and negotiating deals.
• Proactive problem solving and the ability to manage merchant needs and tickets.
• Familiarity with Jira, CRM systems, Excel and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for key merchant partners and drive their growth.
• Monitor GMV, approval rates, promo performance, and related metrics via dashboards.
• Turn data insights into campaigns, CRM initiatives, and product/operational improvements.
• Bridge Marketing, Sales, Product and Support to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations, resolve Jira tickets within SLA, and maintain store data.
