Job summary

MixWork Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented retail operations specialist to implement promotion setups and price updates across multiple retail platforms. You will manage vendor submissions, maintain product master data, and verify discount accuracy across e‑commerce and POS systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with back-office systems, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, independent work style. You will report to the Head of IT in a fast-paced Singapore/Jakarta landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising support, or e‑commerce back-office system administration.
• English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent, both written and spoken, with Singapore stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, as promotion and price configuration errors are customer-visible.
• Proactive, independent worker who takes ownership and resolves discrepancies promptly.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved promotion setups across all retail systems per approved instructions.
• Process approved price change requests and verify pricing, comparison price, and tax-inclusive accuracy.
• Manage vendor portal submissions and provide feedback to vendors on incomplete data.
• Maintain product master data across all entity systems (descriptions, images, attributes, barcodes, categories).
• Cross-check promotion configurations to ensure discounts apply correctly on e-commerce and POS systems.
• Produce daily promotion & price change logs and weekly summaries for IT and stakeholders.

• Process approved price change requests: update product pricing across all applicable systems, verifying retail price, comparison price (for strikethrough display), and tax-inclusive accuracy.
• Manage the Vendor Portal product submission queue: review vendor-submitted product data against client's data standards, action approved submissions into the relevant system, and return incomplete submissions to vendors with clear feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising support, or e-commerce back-office system administration, with direct hands-on experience configuring promotions and prices in at least one retail platform.
• English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent, both written and spoken. Comfortable with daily written communication in English with Singapore stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, as promotion and price configuration errors are immediately customer-visible.
• Demonstrated proactive and independent working style. Able to take full ownership of promotions and product data, clarify ambiguous instructions before execution, complete assigned tasks without reminders, and raise cross-system discrepancies promptly.

Technical Proficiency

• Retail back-office systems: Hands-on experience configuring promotions and products in at least one enterprise retail platform, including point-of-sale, order management systems, or e-commerce back-office platforms.
• E-commerce administration: Product management, discount rules, price lists, and bulk data import.
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets: Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel's functions for stock keeping unit matching and bulk upload template management.
• Microsoft Teams and SharePoint: Experience using both tools for daily communication and task management.
