Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking an experienced E-commerce Merchandising Lead to optimize product and inventory performance across multiple channels. You will analyze sales, stock, and product performance by SKU, size, color, and brand to identify opportunities and risks, and develop allocation strategies aligned with demand and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, category management, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in campaign planning, website merchandising, and category management.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer journey optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product and inventory performance across multiple e-commerce channels, from product launch through sell-through and clearance.
  • Analyze sales, stock, sell-through, and product performance by SKU, size, color, brand, and channel to identify opportunities and inventory risks.
  • Develop merchandise allocation and assortment strategies to ensure the right product, quantity, size, and channel based on demand, customer trends, and channel performance.
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend actions for slow-moving, overstocked, or underperforming products, including channel reallocation, promotion, or clearance.
  • Review product allocations from principals/brands and provide data-driven recommendations on where and how products should be distributed and sold.
  • Monitor inventory health and establish benchmarks for healthy stock and sell-through, including seasonal and fashion-specific product cycles.
  • Optimize inventory distribution across marketplaces and recommend stock movements or replenishment to maximize sales and inventory productivity.
  • Collaborate with Account management and Principal.
  • Develop and maintain merchandising and inventory playbooks to establish best practices for assortment, allocation, stock management, and product performance.
  • Lead and provide guidance to the merchandising team while driving continuous improvement in merchandise planning and inventory management.
