• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or category management.
• Strong experience in campaign planning and website merchandising.
• Ability to analyze sales, stock, and product performance to optimize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product and inventory performance across multiple e-commerce channels.
• Analyze sales, stock, sell-through, and product performance by SKU, size, color, channel.
• Develop merchandise allocation and assortment strategies based on demand and trends.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend actions for slow-moving or overstocked items.
• Review allocations from principals/brands and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor inventory health and establish benchmarks for stock and sell-through.
• Optimize inventory distribution across marketplaces to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with Account management and Principal.
• Develop and maintain merchandising and inventory playbooks.
• Lead and mentor the merchandising team for continuous improvement.
