PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a Merchandise Planner to develop and implement plans that align with our financial goals. You will forecast sales, margins, and inventory across categories, and monitor trends to adapt plans as needed.
You will present planning reports to senior management and work closely with merchandiser teams to ensure cohesive execution. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are essential.
Develop and implement merchandise plans that align with the company's financial goals.
Forecast sales, margin, and inventory levels for various product categories.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, product performance, and market conditions to adjust plans as needed.
Prepare and present merchandise planning reports to senior management.
Work closely with the merchandiser teams to ensure a cohesive approach to merchandise planning.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Min. 1 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, demand planning, or a related role in the retail industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
