PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a Regional Sales Planning and Operations Manager to drive sales achievement across the Jakarta region. You will review store performance, guide coordinators, and ensure adherence to company guidelines while strategizing for underperforming stores.
Responsibilities include reporting, coordinating openings and promotions, managing inventory drills, and coaching store leaders to maximize regional growth and efficiency.
Planning and monitoring sales achievement in regional area by :
review & analysis sales performance (sales achievement, sales growth, profit & lost) for each store in area
ensure each Operation Coordinator controlling all operational things as procedure/ company guideline (scheduling & zoning per staffs, controlling sales achievement from each stores, etc.)
analyze and improve new strategy for stores underperformance
Prepare and review daily, monthly, YTD sales report; store income reasons report, store visit report, and regional business overview in order to identify current milestone achievement and updated market condition in regional area to management
Ensure of running store opening / closing store / bazaar / relocation / renovation, store concept changing and coordinate with Landlord, contractor, and field team if there is any promotion activities in stores; and ensure the promo event is being executed as per concept.
Manage store utilization, plan and oversee store expansion, working with Business Development to identify locations, discuss with landlord, review and propose to new market to General Manager as one of strategic development in regional area
Monitor and control Inventory level by:
Monitoring stock availability report from Operation Coordinator and store leader by periodic In order to ensure the validity for stock item data and prevent for missing item.
Coordinate with operation Head Office team related merchandise and stock issue.
Manage, Coach, review performance operation leader and staffs, enhance skills, review individual potential and career development to ensure availability of competent and productive of human resources
Monitor and control daily operations of stores in the region
Improve guideline/work-system for stores, to ensure all store running correctly and based on company standard : planning, briefing, do the execution, coaching, review any inputs
Approve, monitoring, and review BOB/WO, advance, project local proposal, Smart time attendance, monthly operational cost from Pattie cash (PCO), Tax for promotion things, expedition, car operation cost, store and building operational cost.
