Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee installation, testing, and handover of MEP systems at project sites in Tangerang Selatan. You will ensure compliance with designs, specs, and schedules while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years in MEP supervision, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in MEP supervision.
• Experience in property development, construction or building projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specs.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MEP installations are tested, commissioned, and handed over per requirements.

Job description

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems at project sites.
• Monitor MEP works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Review shop drawings, technical documents, and material specifications related to MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, defects, and potential risks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor contractors' work progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety procedures and applicable standards.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other MEP-related documentation.
• Ensure MEP installations are properly tested, commissioned, and handed over according to project requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in property development, construction, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and applicable technical standards.
• Able to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with contractors and project teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
