Job summary

OttoDigital Group is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to oversee preventive maintenance for data center facilities, ensuring schedules and plans are followed. The role involves managing metering, HVAC, lighting, and grounding.

You will lead MEP vendor evaluations, control the maintenance budget, and provide regular reports to management. 5+ years of experience, an engineering degree, and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Data Center electrical systems understanding preferred.
• Strong HVAC / cooling systems knowledge.
• Fire protection systems knowledge.
• Ability to read MEP drawings, especially SLDs.
• Leadership and organizational experience.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop PM schedules and ensure execution per plan.

• Develop PM schedules and ensure proper execution and compliance according to plan.
• Perform repairs based on Preventive Maintenance findings and handle urgent maintenance issues.
• Ensure accurate metering logs for water, electricity, and PV system; oversee maintenance for outdoor lighting, plumbing installations, STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), and grounding systems.
• Facilitate and supply temporary power and water requirements for supporting projects.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations for MEP vendors.
• Process, monitor, and manage the MEP maintenance budget.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports or ad-hoc reports to management as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• In-depth understanding of building electrical systems (Data Center experience is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of building HVAC / cooling systems.
• Sound knowledge of building fire protection systems.
• Proficient in reading MEP technical drawings, particularly Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Proven leadership capabilities and organizational experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
