PT KNWH is experienced Hotel property Developer in several places looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) based at the Head Office (Bandung) & later on SITE (BALI). Our project is Five Star Hotel development in BALI.
As Project Manager MEP, he will be responsible for ensuring all project work runs according to scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and technical standards.
Lead and manage the overall implementation of MEP projects from the initial design stage through to project completion and handover.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.
Coordinate the MEP consultant during the DESIGN STAGE and review MEP drawings and calculations to ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements, while optimizing the design for efficiency, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing work, including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with project specifications and budgetary constraints.
Ensure field work complies with drawings, BOQ, specifications, method statements, and technical standards and manage tender process.
Supervise and coordinate Site Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors in construction.
Review drawings, material approvals, shop drawings, method statements, and other technical documents.
Conduct thorough inspections onsite for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at various stages of construction projects including Testing & Commissioning (T&C) to ensure flawless system handovers.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on project experience at this MEP position, preferably with complex building projects. Experience in five‑star hotels or resorts is an advantage.
Good written English communication skills; verbal communication skills are an advantage.
