Job summary

Sinar Primera Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee data center construction and development in Batam, Indonesia. You will manage electrical systems, coordinate with MEP teams, and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, strong hands-on experience with UPS, generators, transformers, switchgear and power distribution, and the ability to coordinate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Strong experience in electrical engineering, MEP, or electrical project execution.
• Preferred experience in Data Center / Mission-Critical projects.
• Familiarity with UPS, generators, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution.
• Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and contractor coordination.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, specs, and project documentation.
• Willing to be based in Batam, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Support technical problem-solving and ensure project delivery according to schedule.

About the Role

Oversee electrical engineering activities for data center construction and development, including managing electrical systems, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical engineering activities for data center construction and development
• Review and coordinate electrical design, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Manage electrical systems including power distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, and related infrastructure
• Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements

Requirements:
