Job summary

PT. CIRA International is seeking an MEP Engineer to design, coordinate, and supervise MEP systems for commercial, industrial, or data center projects.

You will review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection designs, ensure compliance with local codes, and integrate with architectural and structural disciplines. You will perform technical calculations, oversee field installation, conduct commissioning, prepare handover documentation, and manage design changes to meet project timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical, or Civil with MEP specialization.
• 1–2 years experience as an MEP Engineer on commercial, industrial, or data center projects; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proficient with design and calculation software such as AutoCAD MEP.
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review MEP designs including HVAC, power distribution, lighting, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate across disciplines with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to integrate designs.
• Perform technical calculations such as cooling loads, duct and pipe sizing, panel capacity, and protection schemes; prepare material specifications.
• Supervise field installation to ensure conformity with working drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct commissioning and testing of MEP systems and prepare handover documentation and operation manuals.
• Manage design changes and technical claims while ensuring project schedule and budget targets are met.

Language:

Language: Fluent in Indonesian; technical English preferred.
