Job summary

• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of MEP, HVAC systems, and building facilities.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out according to the schedule.
• Manage and monitor the performance of vendors and outsourced personnel.
