PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas is seeking an MEP Estimator to calculate volumes and material requirements from drawings and BOQ. You will prepare budgets (RAB), BOQ, and unit price analyses, and perform detailed cost estimations for tenders or projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of MEP estimation experience, strong MEP drawing interpretation skills, and proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. The role requires meticulous, deadline-driven work in a team and individual setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum S1/D3 education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Strong ability to read MEP drawings and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CAD applications

Aufgaben

• Calculate volume of work and material requirements for MEP projects
• Prepare Budget Plans (RAB), BOQ, and unit price analysis
• Estimate costs for materials, labour, and equipment for tender or project needs
• Perform price comparisons and evaluate vendor offers
• Prepare cost estimation reports and budget progress reports for management
