Job summary

The candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2–3 years in MEP estimation, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD as a plus. Experience in commercial buildings or industrial facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• D3 (Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of MEP estimation experience, preferably with an MEP or mechanical contractor.
• Specialized experience in Fire Protection or Piping estimation.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Familiar with quantity take-offs, material calculations and project cost estimation.
• Good command of Excel; AutoCAD skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Prepare QTO, MTO and cost estimates for Fire Protection or Piping systems.
• Calculate material, labor, installation and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify drawing/scope discrepancies and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support tender preparation and quotation submissions.
