Job summary

PT Karunia Sukses Wijaya in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an Engineering Estimator for Design & Build projects to prepare price proposals, RAB, and BOQ, review drawings, and coordinate with design, project, and purchasing teams.

You will conduct site surveys, analyze material and labor costs, develop time schedules, and produce estimation reports. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of DB estimator experience, proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as an Estimator in Design & Build companies or contractors.
• Must understand Design & Build: proficient with working drawings, shop drawings, and field processes.
• Skilled in calculating RAB, BOQ, and Budget Implementation Plans.
• Proficient in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel; MS Project is a plus.
• Able to conduct site surveys and meet with clients.
• Domicile in Jabodetabek area is preferred.
