Job summary

PT Airtek Solusi Nusantara is seeking a motivated Support Estimator to assist in preparing project estimates, quotations, and tender documents for MEP and building systems, including HVAC, Lift, and Pump projects. You will review drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and collect supplier quotes to produce accurate cost estimates.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Sales, and Project teams to ensure estimates are timely, complete, and compliant with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for cost estimation and reporting.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage for reviewing drawings and specs.
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs, prepare BOQ, and analyze unit rates.
• Strong numerical and cost estimation skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support cost estimation and tender preparation for HVAC, Lift, and Pump projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and tender documents to identify estimation items.
• Collect supplier quotations and maintain estimation data for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Develop estimation templates and price databases to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams to obtain information.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality estimates under deadlines.
