Job summary

CV Karya Dewata Konstruksi in Bali seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to lead on-site coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will review drawings, supervise installation, test systems, document changes for as-built drawings, and prepare progress reports for project management. Must be hands-on, able to work under pressure, and ready to be placed in Uluwatu, Bali.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in MEP, preferably in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and troubleshooting.
• Disciplined, responsible, and high integrity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate MEP systems on site in line with project requirements.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor who is ready to be hands‑on in construction projects and ensure Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems run effectively and meet required standards.

Plan and coordinate MEP systems in accordance with project requirements

Review and ensure MEP drawings are aligned with architectural and structural drawings prior to execution

Supervise MEP installation works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards

Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet specifications; reject non‑compliant items and prepare reports

Witness, test, and document testing & commissioning (e.g., pipe pressure, electrical load, AC airflow, etc.)

Ensure all site changes are properly recorded for as‑built drawings

Prepare regular progress reports for project management

Qualifications

Minimum education: Vocational School / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or related field)

Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP, preferably in construction projects

Strong understanding of MEP systems and troubleshooting

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Disciplined, responsible, and high integrity

Willing to be placed in Uluwatu, Bali
