Job summary

PT JAE ERKA STUDIO in Bali seeks an experienced MEP Designer to design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for diverse projects. The role requires a degree in MEP engineering and at least 3 years of experience, with strong CAD/BIM skills and knowledge of codes and sustainability practices.

In this full-time position based in Bali, you will be responsible for designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a variety of projects. Your strategic input will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and sustainable building solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into detailed MEP designs
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for MEP systems
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the construction phase
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design, preferably in the architectural or construction industry
• Proficient in using CAD software, such as Revit and AutoCAD, or BIM tools
