Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. is seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer to design and supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and electrical systems for active construction projects.

You will ensure designs meet project qualifications and timelines, leveraging AutoCAD and strong project management skills. A Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least two years in MEP design are required, with preference for consulting or developer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in MEP design.
• Experience in MEP consulting or property development is a must.
